In 2015 I was preganant and utilised Yoga throughout my pregnancy. My name is Jaye Seal I started teaching Yoga in 2004, since that time I travelled and delved into more trainings and spiritual practice. And most importantly we go into rest and relaxation. ![]() We use chant and sound to encourage you to use the voice in birth. You are guided through a restorative yoga practice that includes birth preparation postures. This Baby Moon Workshop focuses on nourishment, rest and an opportunity to connect with baby.
